Audience: Installers, system engineers and administrators who are require to install, configure and maintain IP Office Implementations. 

Objectives: Upon successful completion students will be able to:

  • Understand the various types of phones and expansion units supported
  • Install and configure IP Phones and other endpoints
  • Configure the system using the IP Office Manager configuration settings
  • Manage and troubleshoot the system using System Status and SysMonitor
  • Configure the System SD Card - CF
  • Configure system security
  • Configure hunt groups, agents and hotdesking
  • Set up SIP terminals and trunks
  • Describe the difference between embedded VM and VoiceMail Pro
  • Initialize and configure VoiceMail Pro - Basic ACD, Dial by name, VM to Email, Call Recording
  • Configure AutoAttendant
